Who we are

Roadyom Star (star.roadyom.com) is a software product operated by Ibrahim Elkobeissi, trading as Roadyom, a software business based in Beirut, Lebanon. Contact: info@roadyom.com.

The service

Roadyom Star is web software for organizers of markets, fairs and exhibitions to receive exhibitor applications, decide on them, assign booths, record payments, check exhibitors in and keep notes. The organizer decides on every application; the software does not make decisions.

Orders and payment

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Subscriptions renew each month or year until cancelled; you can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period.

Plans and limits

Each plan sets how many exhibitors can be accepted per event. The free trial covers one event, up to 10 accepted exhibitors and two team members. If a plan ends, your data stays and the trial limits apply again.

Your data and your exhibitors

You own the data you and your exhibitors enter. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect exhibitor details and for the decisions you make about applications. We process this data only to provide the service; see the Privacy policy.

Acceptable use

Do not use Roadyom Star for unlawful events or to collect data you are not entitled to collect. Roadyom does not open accounts for, or serve, any person or entity on international sanctions lists.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the service available and your data safe, but the service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before a claim.

Changes

We may update these terms and will notify account admins of material changes by email.
