Refund policy

If Roadyom Star is not right for you, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment, for a subscription or a single event. Refunds are handled by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record: reply to your Paddle receipt or write to info@roadyom.com with the order number.

After 14 days, you can cancel a subscription at any time; it stops renewing and you keep access until the end of the period already paid. A single-event purchase is not refundable after the event date.
