Who is responsible

For organizer accounts, Ibrahim Elkobeissi, trading as Roadyom (info@roadyom.com). For exhibitor applications, the organizer of each event is responsible and Roadyom processes the data on its behalf.

What we collect

• Organizer team members: name, email, role, and sign-in records.
• Exhibitors: business name, contact name, email, phone, category, products, description and links they submit, the organizer’s decision, booth, payments recorded and the organizer’s notes.
• Technical data such as IP address and browser type, processed by our hosting provider to deliver and protect the service.

What we do not do

We do not sell data, show advertising, or use exhibitor data for anything other than the organizer’s event management.

Service providers

Cloudflare (hosting and database), Resend (email delivery) and Paddle.com (payments, as Merchant of Record; we never receive card numbers).

Retention and your rights

Data is kept while the organizer’s account is active. You can ask for a copy, a correction or deletion by writing to info@roadyom.com; exhibitors can also ask the event organizer.
